Polly Harrison

Polly Harrison is a Texas state certified Theatre Arts educator with a Master’s degree in Teaching from Austin College in Sherman, TX. She taught for 9 years in the Plano ISD and the McKinney ISD eventually serving as McKinney HS Theatre Director/District Coordinator of Theatre Arts for MISD.

In addition to teaching, Polly’s resume also reflects past professional directing/acting roles and if she didn’t have 3 little boys trailing after her every move, she’d be fighting it out with other actresses for those  quirky-best-friend/neighbor roles.

Most recently, Polly has combined her performance experience and her love for teaching into her newest vocation as a parent educator and educational workshop facilitator. Her work with www.MomsOutLoud.com (now www.dfwmama.com)  initially introduced her to many local organizations.  She is now a sought after speaker and coach who promotes out of the box, educational learning.

Polly and her husband Matt have three sons - twin 8 yr olds and a 4 yr old.
